Universal California Museums

California's theme parks are awaiting the final stages and will reopen in the next phase of the state's reopening plans, a state spokesman confirmed today. Governor Gavin Newsom said Wednesday that California has made "significant progress" on its plans to reopen Disneyland and other theme parks, but that it will have to wait until that final phase.

In addition to the museum's reopening, it was also announced that the Walt Disney Archives exhibition will be extended until February 28, 2021, to allow more guests to visit the museum. The Hollywood Heritage Museum at the Hollywood Bowl opened on January 1, 2017 and will be temporarily closed from March 14. The Los Angeles County Museum of Natural History and the California Historical Society Museum are also closed until 2021 for renovations.

The Hollywood Ticket Office, where you can get tickets for your TV show during your visit, will be able to visit you before theme parks across the country reopen.
