  Without question the worst (and, in fact, only) dissatisfied hotel stay I've ever had in San Antonio. I have stayed in San Antonio 10-plus times and never had a bad experience - until now. The hotel staff was polite. My compliments end…

  I went there for a youth convention they had poor planning.I had to climb 15 flights of stairs to get to my room. they had all the elivator closed.

  For my boyfriends b-day I planned a trip to San Antonio for the first week in Dec. and wanted to stay somewhere close to the "famed" Riverwalk. I had stayed in previous Crowne Plaza hotels (in other cities) and thought it would be an…
